Insperity is hiring an instructional designer to create, maintain, and measure technology training for the Sales Organization. You will translate complex software concepts into role-based learning experiences and develop performance objectives, assessments, and instructional strategies.

Collaborating with SMEs and other teams, you will produce CBTs, videos, job aids, and manuals, while ensuring quality, alignment with business goals, and adoption of technology across the workforce.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 6–8 years of instructional design experience, incl. blended/online training.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Experience supporting technology implementations and CRM platforms.
• Proven ability to translate complex software concepts into learning activities.
