Job summary
ZealHire Inc. seeks a Senior Technical/Functional Consultant to lead Zendesk implementation and post-go-live optimization for a remote client.
This role involves hands-on Zendesk configuration, collaborating with Product Owners and stakeholders, and delivering robust technical solutions to meet business needs. You will perform UAT, troubleshooting, and ongoing improvements to support a seamless customer experience during and after go-live.
Qualifications
- 7+ years in technical/functional application support, systems analysis, consulting, or SaaS.
- Hands-on Zendesk configuration and administration experience.
- Strong understanding of business requirements and functional/technical solutions.
- Experience with post-go-live support, UAT, testing, troubleshooting, and system enhancements.
- Experience working with Product Owners and business stakeholders.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

My client currently has an immediate need for a for Post-Go-Live Support & Configuration project. This is a 1-2 year contract opportunity.
Duration: 1-2 year contract
Start: ASAP
Location: Remote – PST, MST, CST only – Must be able to travel occasionaly
- 7+ years of technical/functional application support, systems analysis, consulting, or SaaS experience.
