Job summary

iCUBE Solutions is seeking an experienced Zendesk Consultant to lead customer service platform implementations and optimization initiatives. The consultant will work directly with customers to gather requirements, configure solutions, and drive adoption across support organizations.

This six-month remote engagement targets candidates located in California, with responsibilities spanning configuration, integrations, workflows, analytics, and governance.
