Job summary

NAES Technical Field Advisor (TFA) provides technical direction and advisory services supporting fleet equipment installation, start up and major overhaul services. The TFA is the field liaison between customer, equipment conditions, and engineering support, and helps plan, schedule and define scopes of work.

Travel up to 50–60% is required. Candidates should have 10+ years in heavy industrial equipment, an engineering degree (preferred), OSHA certifications, and proficiency with MS

Qualifications

• 10+ years in relevant heavy industrial field service or engineering roles.
• Experience with heavy industrial rotating equipment (gas turbines, steam turbines, generators).
• OSHA safety certifications or equivalent safety training.

Responsibilities

• Provide advisory services and technical direction for major maintenance start-up and commissioning projects.
• Plan, schedule, and estimate for assigned work and support sales opportunities.
• Prepare status and technical reports with critical measurements and acceptance criteria.
