Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, engineering, computer science or healthcare technology or equivalent experience.
8–12 years of combined healthcare IT consulting, systems engineering or large-scale implementation experience.
Experience supporting Oracle Health (Cerner Millennium) implementations and healthcare modernization.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary technical engagement lead and client-facing advisor during Oracle Health implementations.
Conduct comprehensive current-state technical readiness assessments across facilities, networking, and devices.
Lead technical planning for hardware deployment, device integration, and data interoperability.
Identify risks and mitigation strategies impacting implementation success.
Coordinate cross-functional technical teams and client stakeholders.
Support go-live preparation, cutovers, and stabilization activities.
