Requirements include 8+ years in technical design, strong patternmaking knowledge, and proficiency in FlexPLM, Illustrator, and Photoshop. This role emphasizes collaboration, problem-solving, and timely delivery.

Responsibilities

Manage garment evaluation with master pattern and size grading as needed.
Collaborate with Design and Product Development to determine fit and aesthetics.
Prepare product packages in FlexPLM with measurements and technical sketches.
Establish fit/construction standards for brand consistency.
Lead fit sessions and propose construction alternatives when needed.
Communicate fit/construction issues to IBOs and factories within timelines.
Maintain daily communication with IBOs, vendors, and cross-functional partners.
Improve fit/quality through review of customer feedback and competitive analysis, and run fit symposiums.
