Qualifications

Professional degree in Architecture.
6–10 years’ experience in a similar role.
Experience delivering commercial interiors, workplaces, hospitality, or amenity projects.
Excellent technical detailing and construction documentation skills.
Advanced proficiency in Revit with working knowledge of AutoCAD.
Strong knowledge of NYC building codes and construction processes.
Strong communication and consultant coordination skills.

Responsibilities

Lead technical design development across all project phases.
Produce and coordinate detailed drawing packages and Revit models per BIM standards.
Develop technical detailing, construction solutions, and material specifications.
Coordinate consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders through delivery.
Manage construction administration, including site coordination and RFIs.
Ensure documentation complies with NYC codes, ADA, and QA/QC standards.
Mentor junior team members and maintain technical excellence.
