Job summary

Printfresh LLC in Philadelphia designs sleepwear and apparel with a focus on quality and fit. We are seeking a Technical Designer I with 1–3 years of professional experience to support the technical development of our sleepwear and apparel collections.

You will work closely with the Senior Technical Designer to ensure garments are developed with accuracy, consistency, and strong fit standards across categories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or Technical Design required.
• 1–3+ years of professional technical design experience.
• Experience creating and maintaining tech packs and specs.
• Ability to measure samples and evaluate against specs and fit notes.
• Garment construction knowledge and pattern interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain detailed tech packs with specs, construction details, grading, and factory comments.
• Measure samples accurately and evaluate against approved specifications.
• Prepare garments and documentation for fit sessions and take clear fit notes.
• Update tech packs with fit corrections and construction revisions.
• Communicate technical comments to overseas vendors clearly.
• Support adherence to the product development calendar and approval timelines.
