Job summary

Corsha seeks a Senior Technical Delivery Manager to orchestrate large-scale government and enterprise deployments of our Industrial Identity Security Platform. You will lead cross-functional engineering and deployment teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery in complex OT environments.

You will bridge client technical teams with Corsha’s engineering, guide architecture, and influence product direction while maintaining exceptional communication. Hybrid Tysons, VA options supported.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in technical leadership roles with government/enterprise focus.
• Experience delivering large-scale software integrations or infrastructure projects.
• Strong cybersecurity architecture background with OT context.
• Excellent communication across C-level to engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery for complex deployments (government/enterprise).
• Align stakeholders across client tech, DevSecOps, IT, OT with internal teams.
• Oversee deployment architecture and troubleshooting; optimize infrastructure.
• Provide technical feedback to product/engineering for roadmap influence.
• Establish and enforce delivery frameworks, plans, and success criteria.
