Deluxe Corporation in Minneapolis is seeking a Manager of Technical Delivery to lead a team responsible for the consultation, implementation, and escalation of customer software deployments. This role includes hiring, forecasting, performance management, mentoring, and handling client escalations to ensure high satisfaction.

You will manage resource utilization, coordinate with Client Services, and apply deep technical knowledge of our applications to troubleshoot and support the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Business Administration or Information Systems with 5+ years experience or HS/GED with 9+ years experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams.
• Proficiency implementing, testing and supporting service delivery software.
• Experience in a modified Agile Scrum framework and analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team, including hiring, forecasting and mentoring.
• Manage client escalations and ensure high client satisfaction.
• Maintain chargeable and productive utilization levels with other Client Services teams.
• Provide deep technical understanding of applications and assist with troubleshooting.
• Collaborate on vision, strategy and objectives for the team and business segment.
