Deluxe Corporation in Minneapolis, Minnesota is seeking a Manager of Technical Delivery to lead a team responsible for consultation, implementation and escalation of customer software implementations. The role includes hiring, forecasting, performance management, mentoring and ensuring resources remain chargeable and productive.

You will collaborate with Client Services, Product and Development to drive efficient delivery, handle pre-sales opportunities, and maintain high client satisfaction

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, IT Management, or related field with 5 years experience; or HS/GED with 9 years in business.
• 5 years’ experience leading high performing teams or projects in banking, payments receivables, lockbox processing or software implementation.
• Ability to hire, forecast staffing, manage performance and mentor staff.

Responsibilities

• Has overall accountability for hiring, performance management, training and development for the Delivery Services team.
• Serves as escalation point for project and client satisfaction issues.
• Ensures team productivity, drives revenue and client satisfaction through successful delivery.
• Responsible for overall chargeability of the team.
• Projects hiring/staffing needs based on anticipated demand and forecasts.
• Manages and prioritizes current workload to minimize stress and attrition.
• Consults on pre-sales opportunities and acts as liaison for Product and Development.
