Job summary

Solomon Page is seeking a Senior Technical Delivery Manager to oversee complex technology programs onsite in Pleasanton, CA. You will partner with the Engineering Lead and cross-functional teams to drive delivery, budgets, risks, and governance across engineering, product, infrastructure, and facilities.

The role is a 12-month contract (W2 only) with hourly pay of $75–$90, offering a comprehensive benefits program for hourly employees.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical program or delivery management experience.
• Strong product management and cross-functional leadership experience.
• Experience with budget forecasting and resource planning.
• Knowledge of infrastructure, networks, and facilities.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow.
• Proficiency with Smartsheet or advanced Excel.
• Jira experience and PMP, PgMP, or Scrum certification are preferred.
• Ability to work onsite in Pleasanton, CA.
• Must be eligible to work on a W2 basis.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical programs from planning through delivery.
• Manage timelines, budgets, forecasts, resources, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors.
• Provide project updates and performance reporting.
• Support infrastructure, network, and facilities-related initiatives.
• Maintain project governance, documentation, and delivery standards.
