Job summary

Primer seeks a Senior Technical Delivery Manager to guide engagements from ideation to deployment for large enterprises. You will work with Engineering, Design and Sales to deliver value and align customer expectations with product roadmaps.

The role requires strong technical acumen, risk management, and experience with DoD/public sector clients. A TS/SCI clearance is preferred and the position can be located in Washington, DC area or San Francisco Bay area.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a professional environment, ideally within a SaaS-based company.
• Proven success managing large-scale enterprise data integration projects that are highly technical and cross-functional.
• Strong technical understanding with the ability to contribute to system design conversations and drive enterprise data and architecture initiatives.
• Experience working with DoD or public sector clients and understanding of relevant processes (e.g., FedStart, ATO).
• Must hold an active Top Secret (TS) security clearance; TS/SCI strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate: Set strategy with clients, collect and prioritize requirements, manage documentation and milestones, and communicate across teams.
• Execute: Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, software engineers, and designers to build products, identify risks, and ensure compliance.
• Strategize: Consider ML/NLP applications and translate capabilities into features or customization for core products.
