Job summary

OBXtek seeks a Technical Surveillance Countermeasures Instructor to support our federal customer in Ft. Washington, MD.

The role requires delivering instructor-led training and translating complex security topics for professionals with varying technical backgrounds. You will teach across Countersurveillance, Counterintelligence, Cyber, and related TSCM disciplines, mentor junior instructors, and help develop curricula aligned with program objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 6+ years countermeasures experience including TSCM support.
• Excellent communication and ability to explain complex topics.

Responsibilities

• Teach 30+ days of course material and mentor trainees.
• Develop training materials and curricula with stakeholders.
• Assess student understanding through exams and labs.
