Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM) engineer to support a DoD client at Fort Bragg, NC. The role involves delivering training, deploying TSCM missions, and advising on security technologies for protecting classified information.

The candidate must hold an active Top-secret/SCI clearance and possess a Master's degree in a relevant field with at least 10 years of cybersecurity engineering experience. 25% travel may be required to CONUS/OCONUS locations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering, or Mathematics with a concentration in computer science or equivalent.
• Active Top-secret/SCI clearance required.
• 10+ years of professional cybersecurity engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present classroom lectures, practical laboratory exercises, tutoring and skills testing.
• Provide maintenance, updating, fabrication, preparation and implementation of training aids and equipment.
• Lead TSCM expertise, deployment planning and execution of TSCM missions (CONUS and OCONUS).
• Complete 80 hours of advanced training per year and provide new equipment evaluations and TTPs to supported units.
• Research and advise on national/international developments in TSCM and security technology.
