Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8 years' technical review experience.
• Experience interpreting federal legislation, policy requirements, and qualification criteria for program applicants.
• Ability to synthesize complex submissions and identify gaps, risks, or required follow‑up actions.
• Prior responsibility preparing reviewer notes, documenting findings, and leading or mentoring junior analysts.
• Preferred experience reviewing nonprofit service models, healthcare support services, or regulatory compliance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee technical reviews and eligibility assessments.
• Maintain reviewer documentation and ensure audit-ready records.
• Lead or mentor junior analysts and provide guidance on complex submissions.
