Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in technical review, experience interpreting federal requirements, and a track record of mentoring junior analysts. The project aims to establish clear processes and audit-ready records for ongoing recognition requests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8 years' technical review experience.
• Experience interpreting federal legislation, policy requirements, and qualification criteria for program applicants.
• Ability to synthesize complex submissions and identify gaps, risks, or required follow‑up actions.
• Prior responsibility preparing reviewer notes, documenting findings, and leading or mentoring junior analysts.
• Preferred experience reviewing nonprofit service models, healthcare support services, or regulatory compliance documentation.

Gritter Francona is looking to potentially support a project to perform initial technical reviews of requests submitted under the Elizabeth Dole Act. This potential project's scope is involving the intaking, validating, reviewing, tracking, and summarizing of up to 30 recognition requests per month and creating digital resources necessary for implementation.

This project will establish repeatable processes, technical review standards, intake validation procedures, audit-ready documentation structures, and applicant communication workflows necessary for the project's framework.

Gritter Francona is looking for a Technical Reviewer for this potential project. The Technical Reviewer will perform and oversee technical reviews, eligibility assessments, and reviewer documentation.
