Job summary

You will collaborate with business units to produce policies, guides, manuals and end-user materials, empowering members and stakeholders to use Bank products and services effectively.

Responsibilities include creating user manuals, reviewing content for accuracy, and ensuring compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, PR, or communications; master's preferred.
• Five+ years of communications or technical writing experience, preferably in financial services.
• Strong customer service, analytical, organizational and problem-resolution capabilities.
• Highest level of interpersonal skills with solid verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Promotes business value and branding; manages internal/external communications and digital content.
• Builds stakeholder relationships and aligns with the Bank’s mission for members and communities.
• Manages external affairs and government relations messaging with clarity and accuracy.
• Develops user manuals, guides, and online help content explaining product features.
• Gathers technical information from SMEs to ensure documentation accuracy.
• Organizes and maintains documentation with templates for consistency and ease of access.
• Reviews and edits docs to meet quality standards and style guides.
• Ensures compliance with policies and regulations to maintain safe, sound operations.
• Supports marketing materials and content for member communications and news.
• Assists with updating the public website and intranet content regularly.
