Job summary

PTR Global is seeking an experienced Technical Trainer to deliver engaging, hands-on learning across software engineering, DevOps, agile practices, cloud, CI/CD, testing, and AI-assisted development.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 6+ years in software/DevOps, plus 5+ years of training delivery and hands-on experience with TDD, CI/CD, and Agile methods. Strong communication and facilitation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years in software engineering, DevOps, or an Agile environment.
• 5+ years creating and delivering technical training.
• Hands-on experience with software engineering, TDD, CI/CD, and Agile methods.
• Experience using generative AI and AI coding assistants in development workflows.
• Experience supporting AI agents and tool-enabled LLM workflows.
• Understanding responsible AI, secure data handling, and risk management.
