We’re looking for an experienced Technical Trainer who can make complex technical concepts easy to understand and deliver hands‑on training to teams across a large enterprise.
This role is a mix of software engineering, Agile, DevOps, and AI. You’ll develop and deliver training, walk learners through real‑world coding exercises, create learning materials, and help teams build their technical skills.
A big focus will be teaching people how to use AI tools and AI coding assistants responsibly throughout the software development lifecycle. You’ll also cover agentic AI, including how AI agents use tools, manage context, and work together, while keeping security, code quality, and human oversight in mind.
What You’ll Do
- Lead hands‑on training in software development, Agile, DevOps, cloud, CI/CD, testing, system design, and AI‑assisted development.
- Break down complex technical topics into practical lessons for people with different experience levels.
- Teach responsible AI practices, including security, privacy, bias awareness, and validating AI‑generated code.
- Train teams on AI agents, automation, tool calling, and multi‑agent workflows.
- Build and maintain training materials, coding labs, assessments, and demonstrations.
- Teach best practices around object‑oriented design, automated testing, TDD, Git, containers, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.
- Help learners improve their debugging, performance, reliability, and overall coding skills.
- Adapt training to real‑world enterprise applications and distributed systems.
- Track learner progress, gather feedback, and continuously improve training programs.
- Work with engineering leaders and technical experts to keep training relevant and consistent.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of experience working in Agile environments.
- 5+ years of experience developing and delivering technical training.
- Hands‑on software engineering experience with Agile methodologies, TDD, CI/CD, and automated testing.
- Experience using generative AI tools and AI coding assistants in software development or DevOps.
- Practical experience building or supporting AI agents and LLM‑powered workflows.
- Understanding of AI security, data privacy, agent orchestration, and human approval processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot AI agents and test systems where outputs aren't always predictable.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with a knack for making technical concepts easy to understand.
Nice to Have
- Experience creating training programs focused on AI‑assisted software development.
- Knowledge of RAG, embeddings, vector databases, LLM APIs, and AI governance.
- Experience integrating AI tools and agents with APIs, cloud services, applications, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with agent frameworks such as LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or AutoGen.
- Knowledge of MCP, multi‑agent systems, and AI security practices.
- Experience with performance tuning, debugging, concurrency, and automated testing.
Technical Skills
Experience with some of the following technologies is valuable:
- Frameworks: Spring, Spring Boot, FastAPI
- Frontend: Angular, React
- APIs & Integration: REST, GraphQL, Kafka
- Testing: JUnit, NUnit, PyTest, Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Postman, SonarQube, and related testing tools
- AI & Agents: LLM workflows, agent orchestration, tool calling, retrieval, memory management, MCP, evaluation, monitoring, and security guardrails
The ideal candidate: Someone who combines real‑world software engineering experience with a passion for teaching. They can explain how things work, demonstrate them through hands‑on exercises, and help development teams confidently adopt AI tools without compromising security or quality.
