What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Master the operation of messaging platforms to deliver multichannel campaigns (SMS, MMS, Email, RCS) accurately
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, collaborating with Account teams for exceptional campaign management
- Set up, test, and launch campaigns following detailed client specifications with zero errors
- Prepare and segment recipient lists in alignment with campaign briefs, utilizing client data or direct platform access
- Analyze campaign performance through platform reports and Tableau dashboards, proactively communicating results to clients

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven success in a client-facing role in support, account management, or campaign management
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Experience in mobile messaging campaigns
- Ability to adapt in dynamic technology environments with reliable performance
- Exceptional communication skills with a proactive, client-focused approach
