Job summary

PNC is seeking a Technical Business Systems Analyst Senior to join the Technology organization. Based in Dallas, TX, Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, Birmingham, AL or Denver, CO, you will bridge business, product, and engineering teams to design API- and microservices-based solutions.

You will elicit, document, and validate requirements for mobile apps, APIs, and end-to-end data flows, with strong emphasis on collaboration, backlog refinement, and quality artifacts.

Qualifications

Experience eliciting, analyzing, and documenting requirements and translating them into user stories and acceptance criteria.
Experience with mobile apps (iOS/Android), app–backend interactions, API consumption patterns, and mobile constraints on design.
Hands-on API/Integration experience including reviewing contracts, validating payloads, and supporting end-to-end flows.

Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements and production specs for changes to technology applications.
Define system scope and objectives based on user needs and processes.
Lead process improvement projects to enhance business results.
Document system constraints and implications of proposed changes.
Provide recommendations to address business issues for a specific group.
