Job summary
PNC is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst for its Lending Tech organization. Based in Pittsburgh PA, Philadelphia PA, Dallas TX, Strongsville OH or Birmingham AL, the role focuses on translating business needs into clear mainframe-enabled requirements.
The ideal candidate has mainframe experience or a strong willingness to learn, plus a track record in Agile environments and strong communication with stakeholders. This is an in-office, full-time role with comprehensive benefits.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
- Direct mainframe experience or willingness to learn mainframe technologies.
- Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops.
- Create clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and documentation for Agile teams.
- Partner with technology teams to support mainframe-based solutions and data interfaces.
- Act as liaison between business and IT to ensure correct delivery of requirements.
- Identify gaps, risks and improvement opportunities with solution-based recommendations.
- Support testing, validation, and implementation to meet business needs.
