Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-4 Years Prior Experience with at least 2 working in a Business Analyst level role.
• Ability to leverage strong communication skills and relationships to influence outcomes while navigating conflict and decision making.
• Deep familiarity of agile & scrum development environments.
• Solves moderately complex problems; analyzes and recommends possible solutions using experience, evaluation, judgment and precedents.

Responsibilities

• Business Expertise: use knowledge to provide expertise in at least one domain while broadening understanding of surrounding domains.
• Current State, Future State and Gap Analysis: assess and document current state across moderately complex processes.
• Gather Requirements: fact-based requirement gathering across business domains.
• Author User Stories and/or Features: write user stories/features with medium complexity.
• Test Plan/Results Review: coordinate and review test plans and validate coverage against requirements.
