Job summary

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2-4 years of prior experience in a Business Analyst level role.

Responsibilities

• Business Expertise: provide domain expertise and articulate recommendations based on analytics, collaborating with Product Manager.
• Current State, Future State and Gap Analysis: assess, document current state across moderately complex processes with Product Manager and peers.
• Gather Requirements: fact-based requirement gathering and cross-domain analysis.
• Author User Stories and/or Features: write user stories independently with medium complexity, support development with ideas.
• Test Plan/Results Review: coordinate test plans for medium-to-large efforts and sign-off testing outcomes.
• Project Management: apply project management skills to advance work.
