Qualifications

Responsibilities

Monitor exchange notifications and enhancement requests.
Liaise with exchanges, project and delivery managers, sponsors, clients, and developers to manage demand for new work.
Attend and contribute in status meetings; assist scope, requirements and testing guidance.
Document business and technical requirements for developers and clients.
Document test cases and results; lead by example for quality.
Provide production support with troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Assist with training/mentoring new staff.
Support automation and process-improvement initiatives.
