Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group in St. Louis is hiring a Principal/ Senior Technical Business Analyst to handle multiple projects with shifting priorities in a real-time environment.

You will gather and document business and technical data requirements for internally developed data processing software and help validate data/market logic accuracy. You will mentor teammates, support production incidents, and contribute to cross-departmental initiatives.

Qualifications

• Exceptional requirements gathering and documentation ability.
• High attention to detail concerning data, testing, and analysis.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, and decision-making abilities.
• Computer and data input skills.
• Knowledge of project management and systems analysis methodologies.
• 5+ years Technical Business Analyst experience.
• Management experience or skills for mentoring and development of talent.
• Experience with process improvement (Lean, Six Sigma) and project management (Agile, Scrum).
• Collaboration, communication, and data analysis skills (Excel, Power BI, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Monitoring exchange notifications and enhancement requests.
• Liaising with Stock Exchanges, Project and Delivery Managers, Business Sponsors, Internal and External Clients, Software Developers, etc. to manage demand for new work.
• Attending and contributing in status meetings. Assist squad members with scope, requirements, and testing guidance/oversight.
• Documenting business and technical requirements for software developers, support staff, internal and external clients, etc.
• Documenting test cases and results.
• Providing Production Support teams with troubleshooting/analysis of service disruptions.
• Contributing to cross-departmental meetings and cross-train with other team members.
• Work as a team to document, track, and produce reports for all projects pertinent to the group.
