Yoh, a Day & Zimmermann Company, seeks a Principal–level Technical Business Analyst to join the Transformation Office and drive a portfolio of investment management and reporting projects.

The role sits at the intersection of business, product, and technology, requiring structured analysis, delivery ownership, and proactive stakeholder engagement across front, middle/back office teams and Data/Tech leads.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Project Manager, or hybrid PM/BA in a tech delivery environment.

Responsibilities

• Shape business case for major technology spend in coordination with business stakeholders.
• Lead delivery of one or more workstreams in a complex global transformation programme through SDLC, including vendor management.
• Manage stakeholder expectations around progress, requirements, solution definition, constraints, risks and dependencies.
• Document process flows, business rules and detailed requirements with business owners.
• Research, analyse and produce impact assessments across teams, systems and processes.
• Apply BA tools and techniques to ensure clarity, shared understanding.
• Collaborate with vendor and tech teams to document functional designs and sequence diagrams; define WBS.
• Shape innovative, practical solution designs; integrate business and technical perspectives into end-to-end vision.
• Participate in test planning, scripting, execution and defect triage.
• Identify technical constraints, risks and dependencies affecting delivery.
• Lead change management to drive adoption and KPI/OKR implementations post go-live.
