• 5-7 years of experience in technical content, developer relations, or engineering communications.
• Strong technical fluency and ability to engage in systems design discussions.
• Proven editorial skills to refine and elevate engineer-authored content.
• Ability to influence senior engineers without direct authority.
• Experience managing events, budgets, and vendor relationships.
• Skilled in measuring brand impact and connecting content efforts to hiring outcomes.
• Sound judgment in navigating legal and security reviews.

• Own and manage the company’s technical blog from topic sourcing through publication.
• Identify and publish cross-team narratives that connect individual posts into a cohesive story.
• Help engineers and leaders build their public presence through content and related channels.

• Oversee open source projects to ensure accuracy and ongoing maintenance.
