Job summary

Pacifico Energy is seeking a Senior Technical Asset Manager to lead the technical asset management function for its expanding thermal generation portfolio, starting with Cedar Creek Phase 1 in Bastrop County, TX. You will own owner-side relationships with OEMs, LTSA providers, and the Independent Engineer.

The role requires 8+ years in technical asset management, plant engineering, or reliability engineering, with gas turbine experience; a PE license; and willingness to travel to Texas for

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical asset management, plant engineering, or reliability engineering in thermal generation.
• Experience managing long-term service agreements with turbine OEMs or LTSA providers.
• Strong understanding of gas turbine performance, availability engineering, and RCm.

Responsibilities

• Own the owner-side governance of LTSAs with turbine OEMs and BESS service providers.
• Interface with Independent Engineer during construction, commissioning, and operations.
• Lead plant performance reviews, root-cause analysis of outages, and reliability improvements across the fleet.
• Oversee CMMS / reliability program and spare-parts strategy.
• Coordinate interface between O&M contractor, LTSA providers, and development/EPC teams during transition to operations.
