Job summary

Vaspire Technologies Inc. seeks a Senior Saviynt Consultant to lead enterprise IAM projects using Saviynt across complex environments.

You will design, implement and support Saviynt IGA, configure workflows and provisioning, and integrate with AD, Azure AD, LDAP, SSO and MFA. You will drive governance initiatives and mentor junior teammates to deliver scalable solutions.

Qualifications

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Saviynt Consultant with deep expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and the Saviynt platform. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-scale Saviynt solutions across complex environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Saviynt IGA solutions.
• Configure and customize Saviynt workflows, access requests, certifications, provisioning, and role management.
• Integrate Saviynt with enterprise applications, directories, HR systems, and cloud platforms.
• Drive identity governance initiatives, ensuring compliance and security best practices.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define IAM strategies and deliver scalable solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Extensive hands-on experience with the Saviynt platform.
• Strong expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA).
• Experience with Saviynt implementations, integrations, upgrades, and production support.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, LDAP, SSO, MFA, and provisioning concepts.
• Experience integrating with enterprise applications and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and mentor junior team members.

Preferred:

• Saviynt certifications.
• Experience in large enterprise or regulated environments.
