Qualifications

10+ years of Identity & Access Management (IAM) experience including solution architecture and delivery leadership.
Strong hands-on experience with Saviynt and large-scale IAM transformation programs.
Experience designing IAM solutions across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
Knowledge of IAM technologies such as Microsoft Entra ID, CyberArk, and related access management platforms.
Experience integrating IAM solutions with HR systems, directories, cloud services, and enterprise applications.

Your role and responsibilities

We are looking for a senior IAM leader and architect to design, lead, and deliver large-scale Identity & Access Management programs for enterprise clients. This is a hands‑on consulting role focused on Saviynt, where you'll combine solution architecture, delivery leadership, and client advisory skills to drive successful IAM transformations.

You'll work closely with executive stakeholders, lead global delivery teams, and help shape IAM strategy across Identity Governance, Privileged Access Management, and Cloud Identity Security.

What You'll Do

Architect enterprise IAM solutions across Saviynt IGA, PAM, CIEM, and related platforms.
Lead end-to-end IAM implementations, from strategy and design through deployment and operational handoff.

Experience supporting pre‑sales activities, solutioning, and proposal development.
Strong understanding of IAM governance, compliance, and security best practices.
Experience customizing IAM solutions to meet complex business and security requirements.
