Job summary

IBM Consulting is seeking an experienced Saviynt Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) Consultant to support and enhance a client’s Saviynt EIC environment during a transition from a legacy IAM platform. You will help administer the platform, onboard applications, automate processes, and advance governance maturity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• 4+ years hands-on Saviynt IGA experience (Saviynt EIC preferred).
• 8+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM).
• Strong knowledge of Saviynt workflows, roles, access certifications, SoD, analytics, and lifecycle management.
• Experience onboarding applications using standard and custom connectors.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration technologies.
• Working knowledge of SQL, JSON, and scripting (Groovy preferred).

• Serve as a Saviynt subject matter expert, troubleshooting platform and integration issues.
• Lead application onboarding using Saviynt connectors and custom integrations.
• Improve identity lifecycle processes, including Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) workflows and automated provisioning.
• Enhance access governance capabilities such as certifications, role management, SoD controls, and reporting.
• Support platform upgrades, feature enhancements, and adoption of IAM best practices.
• Collaborate with architects, security teams, and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.

Your Role And Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Saviynt Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) Consultant to help support and enhance a client's Saviynt EIC environment as they transition from a legacy IAM platform. You'll play a key role in platform administration, application onboarding, automation, governance improvements, and overall IAM maturity.

Working closely with security, infrastructure, application, and identity teams, you'll help deliver a secure, scalable, and efficient identity governance program.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Saviynt IGA (Saviynt EIC preferred).
• 8+ years of overall experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM).
• Strong knowledge of Saviynt workflows, roles, access certifications, SoD, analytics, and lifecycle management.
• Experience onboarding applications using standard and custom connectors.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration technologies.
• Working knowledge of SQL, JSON, and scripting (Groovy preferred).

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

• Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP, Unix, and database technologies.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS.
• Understanding of SSO, SAML, OAuth, identity stores, and schema mapping.
• Experience working in Agile, DevOps, or ITIL-based environments.
• Saviynt certification and/or IAM security certifications (CISSP, CISM, CCSP, Security+).
• Exposure to Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or CI/CD practices.
