Job summary

Artifintech is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Architect to lead the design, modernization, security, and integration of large-scale enterprise systems. The role requires hands-on leadership in architecture, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity across complex, highly available environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 10+ years IT experience with at least 5 years in technical architecture or senior leadership.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture, cloud infrastructure, APIs, microservices, and systems integration.
• Experience with cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, IAM, and Zero Trust.
• Knowledge of networking, Linux/Windows environments, databases, and hybrid cloud.
• Experience with high-availability systems, disaster recovery, and legacy modernization.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise and solution architecture for complex systems.
• Design and implement scalable cloud and hybrid architectures across major platforms.
• Lead API integrations, microservices, and modernization efforts.
• Establish security architecture with Zero Trust, IAM, encryption, and network security.
• Ensure compliance with NIST, PCI DSS, CJIS and related standards.
• Design HA, DR, and business continuity solutions.
• Oversee legacy modernization including mainframe migration initiatives.
• Produce architecture diagrams, standards, and design docs.
• Manage vendors, SI partners, and architecture reviews.
