Job summary

Artifintech is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Engineer to design, implement, and maintain security solutions across enterprise systems. You will handle threat detection, vulnerability management, incident response, and security monitoring for cloud environments.

The role requires strong experience with SIEMs (Splunk/QRadar/Sentinel), endpoint protection, IAM, MFA, and security frameworks. Collaboration with IT and development teams is essential for robust risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Cybersecurity, or IT required.
• 5+ years of information security or cybersecurity engineering experience preferred.
• Experience implementing enterprise security architecture.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, Security+, or CISM are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise cybersecurity solutions.
• Monitor security alerts, identify threats, and investigate suspicious activities.
• Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify security weaknesses.
• Implement security controls to protect networks, servers, applications, and databases.
• Configure and manage SIEM tools for security monitoring and threat detection.
• Develop and maintain incident response procedures and security policies.
• Conduct security risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Manage endpoint detection and response (EDR) solutions.
• Implement identity and access management (IAM) and MFA.
• Monitor firewall configurations, IDS/IPS, VPN, DLP.
• Support cloud security across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud environments.
• Perform security audits and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Investigate security incidents and coordinate remediation activities.
• Implement encryption, data protection, and access control mechanisms.
• Collaborate with IT infrastructure, network, and application development teams.
• Prepare security reports, documentation, and compliance assessments.
