Job summary

Artifintech, based in Sunnyvale, is seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions for enterprise needs. You will translate complex business requirements into robust architecture and work with stakeholders, developers, and product teams to drive success.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT experience including Salesforce development and architecture.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise Salesforce solutions.
• Strong expertise in data modeling, security, sharing, and governance.
• Hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Flow, and SOQL.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end Salesforce solutions.
• Define technical architecture, data models, integration patterns, security frameworks, and development standards.
• Lead architecture and solution design across Salesforce clouds, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other relevant Salesforce products.
• Evaluate business requirements and recommend appropriate Salesforce capabilities, configuration, customization, and integration approaches.
• Design and oversee integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and event-driven architectures.
• Establish best practices for Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Visualforce, and Salesforce development.
• Define data migration, data governance, data quality, and data management strategies.
• Ensure platform security through role hierarchies, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and related access-control mechanisms.
• Lead technical design reviews, code reviews, architecture assessments, and performance optimization initiatives.
• Guide development teams on Salesforce implementation standards, reusable components, and scalable design patterns.
• Oversee deployment strategies, release management, CI/CD pipelines, and environment management.
• Identify technical risks, scalability challenges, and opportunities to improve platform performance and maintainability.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of Salesforce projects.
• Maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, integration specifications, and solution design documents.
