Job summary

The candidate will plan and conduct field trials, train stakeholders, and develop an Agronomy Business Plan aligned with sales targets while maintaining strong collaboration with farmers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in agronomy or related field is required.
• 6+ years of agronomy or R&D experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of seed, trait, and crop protection.
• Proficiency in field trial management and data analysis.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel ~60%.
