Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Experience in agronomy, sales, field development or R&D is required.
• Ability to lift to 60 lbs is required.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record will be reviewed.
• DOT Driver medical card or ability to obtain one is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute field scale testing programs for Bayer seed products and Ground Breaker trials.
• Collaborate with seed dealers and growers to plant, collect data, maintain, and harvest trials.
• Provide technical support and training for seed dealers and Bayer sales team.
• Work with the sales team to achieve local objectives through technical support and training.
• Develop and deliver communication and training strategies with seed dealers.
