• Provide whole-farm agronomic advice and stay informed of research.
• Drive trials related to Bayer Portfolio with targeted growers.
• Support key seasonal milestones such as planning, field scouting, harvest monitoring.
• Collaborate with FSRs, TAs, and Partners on business planning.
• Manage an annual SG&A budget and program expenditures.
• Travel approximately 60% for face-to-face interaction.
