Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks a Manager to join our Technical Accounting team. You will lead complex accounting research under U.S. GAAP and SEC guidance, and prepare or review disclosures for quarterly and annual filings.

You will partner with Corporate Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Finance teams to ensure accurate, timely reporting, CECL/impairment analyses, and effective internal controls in a dynamic hospitality setting. This role is hybrid in-office.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of accounting experience, including financial reporting and SEC disclosures.
• Experience with technical accounting within a publicly traded company.
• CPA and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex accounting research under U.S. GAAP and SEC rules.
• Prepare and review quarterly and annual disclosures for 10-Q/10-K.
• Collaborate with Corporate Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Finance teams.
• Coach and mentor staff accountants.
• Support Audit Committee materials.
