Job summary

NextGen Healthcare is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager to serve as the strategic advisor and on-site partner for a key ambulatory client in the Greater St. Louis area. You will own the account’s stability, lead relationships with executives, clinic admins, end-users, and IT teams, and travel within 25 miles of St.

Louis. Responsibilities include driving incidents, capacity planning, and risk management while aligning software solutions to the client’s healthcare mission.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Technical Account Management or similar.
• Cloud hosting expertise with AWS preferred.
• Experience in healthcare/medical field preferred.

• Ensure environments remain operationally healthy whilst reducing cost and complexity.
