NextGen Healthcare, Inc. seeks a Senior Technical Account Manager (TAM) for the Greater St. Louis area to own account stabilization, relationships, and technical guidance.

You will work on-site with executives, admins, and IT teams to align EHR/PM workflows with client goals while reducing cost and complexity. You will travel regularly, drive incident response, performance monitoring, and capacity planning, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results for ambulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5 years' relevant experience as Technical Account Manager or similar.
• Cloud hosting expertise with a preference towards AWS knowledge and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Own account operational stabilization and relationship recovery.
• Provide technical guidance and advocate for the customer.
• Lead technical discussions on incidents, risk, and trade-offs.
