Job summary

Onto Innovation is seeking a detail-oriented coordinator to support pre-purchase activities through shipment, interacting with Regional Sales Managers and cross-functional teams. You will review customer specifications, define system configurations, approve quotes for technical content, and monitor build status to keep the sales channel informed.

Some travel may be required (0-25%). This role provides exposure to engineering, manufacturing, and finance groups in a dynamic semiconductor

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering; 3–5 years of relevant experience or 10+ years of related experience
• Experience in the semiconductor industry preferred; Capital equipment experience a plus
• Excellent communication, organization and planning skills to complete tasks timely
• Must multi-task and work well under pressure
• Strong sense of urgency, organization, accountability and attention to detail
• Self-motivated and self-starting disposition are necessary to be successful
• Exceptional oral and interpersonal communication skills
• Some travel may be necessary (0 - 25%), domestic and international

• Manage customer source inspections, application studies and factory demos
• Attend and participate in various periodic meetings in support of above activities

Job Summary & Responsibilities

This position will work directly with sales and be fully responsible for the coordination and response of assigned customer requests in support of the pre-purchase phase through the final shipment process. Duties will include frequent interaction with Regional Sales Managers and overall coordination and response of customers’ requirements. This will include internal interaction with Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales, Finance and Customer Service Groups.

Compensation & Growth

Base Salary Range:

$103,360.00 - $155,040.00, offered in good faith and based on experience, location, and qualifications.
