SUNY Ulster is seeking a Senior Program Coordinator for Advanced Technology, Clean Technology, and Advanced Manufacturing to lead program planning, execution, and coordination with multiple departments and external partners.

The role focuses on developing workforce training pathways, aligning credentials with state requirements, and managing budgets and schedules to support regional economic development in Ulster County.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field.
• Three years project management experience.
• Strong project management, organizational and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with advanced technology industries such as water, wastewater, advanced manufacturing, and clean technology.

Responsibilities

• Program planning and execution: collaborate with stakeholders to sustain and expand advanced technology programs addressing local employment needs.
• Project management: monitor budgets, schedules, and resources; ensure equipment is available and calibrated.
• Stakeholder communication: serve as point of contact for technical teams, committees, and leadership; lead apprenticeship initiative.
• Administrative support: manage documentation, budgets, marketing, and outreach; identify grants and report on them.
