SUNY Ulster in the Catskills invites applications for a Senior Program Coordinator: Advanced Technology, Clean Technology, and Advanced Manufacturing. The role oversees design and programming of a vast array of advanced technology workforce courses.

This position works with multiple academic departments, industry stakeholders, and state agencies to support student pathways into micro credentials, certificates, certifications, and degrees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field.
• Three years project management experience.
• Master's degree in a related field (preferred).
• Ability to teach entry-level advanced technology courses (preferred).
• Minimum of five years project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Program planning and execution with stakeholders to expand advanced technology programs.
• Project management to keep programs on schedule and within budget; manage equipment and facilities.
• Stakeholder communication; lead the apprenticeship initiative and coordinate with county/state agencies.
• Administrative tasks including budgets, marketing, outreach, and grant reporting.
• Ensure programs meet state and industry requirements.
