Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Medicare Product Implementation to lead end-to-end Medicare Advantage program implementations with internal and external partners. You will gather requirements, develop plans, ensure compliant and timely delivery, and drive ongoing operational excellence to support member experience.

The role requires 7+ years' experience with Medicare Advantage, strong project management skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of work experience with 5+ years working with Medicare Advantage including supplemental benefits and regulations.
• Experience managing projects and implementations.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives that include collaboration and teamwork.
• Experience with execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) including problem solving, decision making and communication.
• Experience with project/program management including creating and maintaining project plans.
• Experience managing competing priorities in a matrixed environment.
• Experience working with vendors and external business partners.
• Experience in a role that required you to be highly organized and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Act as a top-level specialist and lead end-to-end implementation and ongoing operations for assigned Medicare Advantage programs, ensuring successful implementation, readiness for annual go-live, successful year-over-year delivery, and program operational effectiveness.
• Develop, maintain, and manage key implementation deliverables, including project plans, milestones, risks, and performance metrics, plus documentation of requirements and member journeys.
• Facilitate and lead regular project and implementation meetings to drive cross-functional execution and provide updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Partner with internal and vendor teams to align program requirements with benefit design and member experience.
• Monitor program performance, measure access and utilization, and identify trends and opportunities for improvement; resolve operational issues related to eligibility and vendor processes.
• Ensure compliance with CMS regulations and internal policies; support audits and regulatory inquiries.
• Serve as SME, prioritize work, and provide input on feasibility, design, and improvements.
• Create a collaborative culture and cross-functional communication across departments and leadership.
• Support bid-related activities including strategic discussions and data validation.
• Other duties as assigned.
