Elbit America, Inc. seeks a Senior Transition of Technology (ToT) Analyst in Fort Worth, TX. You will support planning, execution, and ongoing improvement of enterprise ToT processes, applying deep knowledge of ToT systems to manage complex workstreams and drive governance.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, develop and document deployment templates, and ensure data integrity across ToT environments while collaborating with engineering, programs, and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, CS, or related field.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• Strong analytical capability and data governance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Architect and automate ToT master workbooks to improve data efficiency.
• Maintain the centralized ToT SharePoint portal and knowledge repository.
• Standardize ToT workbooks and deployment templates across the enterprise.
• Develop ToT governance procedures and drive improvements.
• Lead workstreams within pilot programs and coordinate with cross‑functional partners.
• Facilitate collaboration across Engineering, Programs, Operations, and other enterprise groups.
