Qualifications

• When you bring a J.D. and NY Bar, you qualify to practice in the U.S. market.
• 8+ years of legal experience including significant commercial contracting and transactions.
• Experience at a leading law firm and/or in-house at a SaaS/tech company.
• Strong expertise negotiating enterprise SaaS, technology, and strategic commercial agreements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary legal advisor to U.S. commercial operations.
• Lead drafting, review, and negotiation of enterprise customer, partner, reseller, vendor, and SaaS agreements.
• Partner with Sales and Revenue leadership to structure, negotiate, and close strategic deals.
• Advise on legal/commercial risks with practical guidance.
• Support strategic partnerships, channel programs, and go-to-market initiatives.
• Develop contract templates, negotiation playbooks, and scalable processes.
• Collaborate with Finance, Security, Product, and Compliance to support objectives.
