Job summary

AMD is seeking a seasoned technology product and transactions attorney to support the Patent & Technology Law team, handling technology/IP transactions, US Government OTAs and procurement contracts. The role requires advising on engineering, business and regulatory matters applicable to AMD products sold globally.

You will draft and negotiate agreements, develop policies, and collaborate with clients, attorneys and paralegals to advance AMD’s business objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in negotiating technology and IP transactions.
• Experience drafting government contracts and licensing agreements.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements for electronics and AI.
• Ability to collaborate with engineering, product and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the review and negotiation of technology/IP transactions and US Government contracts.
• Advise on product development and compliance relating to technology and regulations.
• Develop policies, guidelines and playbooks for regulatory matters.
• Provide training and counsel to stakeholders across the organization.
• Coordinate with internal teams including operations, trade and finance.
