Qualifications

• JD degree and admission to practice law in a US state.
• Experience in intellectual property, technology licensing, and open‑source counseling.
• Expertise in AI laws and governance, including global frameworks.
• Familiarity with compliance, dispute resolution, and related policy areas.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate inbound/outbound software licenses, technology, and IP agreements.
• Counsel engineering clients on contract terms, software, compliance, AI solutions, and dispute resolution.
• Advise on open-source software use and policy compliance, including code scanning.
• Provide guidance on product development and legal risk management.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to negotiate and coordinate key transactions.
• Develop and deliver internal training on legal, software, and compliance matters.
• Monitor emerging legal/regulatory issues affecting datacenter, AI, semiconductor, hardware, and software products and translate into practical guidance.
